Understand Topics:

These bad boys are the bread and butter of your copilot's conversational skills. It can be seen as the copilot competencies: they define how a conversation dialog plays out. Topics are discrete conversation paths that, when used together, allow for users to have a conversation that feels natural and flows appropriately.

Within topics tab you can:

  • You can whip up new topics in a flash

  • Create new topics using Copilot in Microsoft Copilot Studio: Copilot lets you create and iterate on topics by describing what you want and having AI build it for you.

  • Customise provided templates and samples.

7. Drag/browse to Upload a document to add maximum knowledge base and power real-time responses to users.

8. Pro tip: Keep that content moderation set to "high" for top-notch responses that'll knock your socks off.
