AI / ML Specialist

Your Role

  • The AI/ML Specialist would be responsible for giving shape to new products & research ideas.

  • They are core team members working with stakeholders, clients and technical team members

 

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Machine Learning and AI techniques in any areas like - Computer Vision, Time Series Analysis, Machine Learning Algorithms, or Deep Learning. 

       

       Depending on your area of expertise

  • Hands-on experience of object detection frameworks like TensorFlow OD, Detectron, YOLO. Image/Video analysis.

       Or

  • Deep Learning fundamentals (CNN, RNN, attention/memory) and extensions (Transformer, LSTM, ResNet, etc.)

      Or 

  • Knowledge of NLP based models, LLMs such as BERT, Langchain, ChatGPT, T5, LSTMs, CRFs, ONNX etc.

  • Experience with Cloud based AI tools is a definite plus

  • Machine learning experience including various supervised and unsupervised methods.

  • Data science experience performing statistical analysis, data mining, temporal and pattern analysis, correlation of events, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition for various use cases.

  • Strong experience with tools & packages including Python, CUDA, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, scripting and Linux environment.

AI / ML Trainee

As an AI/ML Trainee, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with experienced professionals in the field of AI and ML. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models on the cloud. 

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data for use in machine learning models.

  • Work closely with senior AI/ML engineers to develop and implement solutions.

  • Contribute to the design and architecture of AI/ML solutions to solve specific business problems.

  • Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and propose optimizations and fine-tune .

What do we expect from you:

Business Analyst 

The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Map requirements with Artificial Intelligence concepts and futuristic technologies attain product goals efficiently. Converting the requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and working closely with teams to ensure successful products. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Proficient in Discovery sessions with stakeholders, clients, mapping artificial intelligence needs and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.

  • Product Ideation: Participate in ideating the “right” product features that the users would need and love.

  • Data Analysis: Capable of analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.

  • Marketing Support: Help the marketing team with the information for building product marketing strategies and analyze the competitive landscape.

  • Documentation: Skilled in creating comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, creating User workflows, User Stories designing process flows.

  • Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing project requirements and business priorities, maintaining flexibility in approach and solutions.

  • Testing Support: Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring delivered solutions meet specified requirements.

  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in AI.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in Fashion Domain would be an added advantage.

  • Tools: Familiarity with relevant tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management and documentation platforms.
